Is ID and payment card required for delivery?

Yes, both are required to complete a delivery order. Our driver will validate that the ID presented at your door is valid and matches the name on the order. They will also verify that the payment card matches the order.

We accept any form of valid, government-issued ID as proof of age including a driver’s license, age of majority card, or passport.

To be deemed valid your ID must include all of the following:

  • Photo

  • Name

  • Signature

  • Date of birth

  • Unique identifier number

  • Be government issued

  • Not be expired

I didn’t receive an email confirmation after placing my order.

No problem! You should receive an email confirmation and another email with tracking information. These emails will be sent to the email on your Spark Rewards account. Double-check your email address and your junk folder.

Do you deliver to residential addresses only?

We deliver to hotels, motels, dormitories and more! BUT please beware that we cannot deliver to a public place such as a restaurant or park.

Delivery must be made to the exact address entered at checkout. The individual receiving the order must be present with valid government-issued ID and the credit card used for purchase.

What happens if I’m not home when the delivery arrives?

We must ensure that ID is verified before we can give you your order. Due to the regulations we are not able to leave your package unattended.

If your delivery cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances or failure to provide adequate delivery instructions, our customer support team is here to assist you. Simply reach out to the store and we’ll work with you to reschedule your delivery at a time that’s convenient for you.

What’s the maximum amount of cannabis I can order?

The maximum amount of cannabis you can order is 30 grams of dried flower or the equivalent in another format.

I don’t see the refund for my online order.

A refund for your online order will take 2-5 business days to appear in your account. If after 5 days you still do now see your refund please contact us. Please ensure to include your order number, date of original purchase, and the date of the refund.
