Yes, both are required to complete a delivery order. Our driver will validate that the ID presented at your door is valid and matches the name on the order. They will also verify that the payment card matches the order.
We accept any form of valid, government-issued ID as proof of age including a driver’s license, age of majority card, or passport.

We deliver to hotels, motels, dormitories and more! BUT please beware that we cannot deliver to a public place such as a restaurant or park.
Delivery must be made to the exact address entered at checkout. The individual receiving the order must be present with valid government-issued ID and the credit card used for purchase.

The maximum amount of cannabis you can order is 30 grams of dried flower or the equivalent in another format.
A refund for your online order will take 2-5 business days to appear in your account. If after 5 days you still do now see your refund please contact us. Please ensure to include your order number, date of original purchase, and the date of the refund.
