Infused Recipe: Stuffed Chicken Breast

An elevated take on a comforting classic, this chicken recipe is sure to remind you of mom’s cooking (except for maybe one part).

Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1⁄4 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 0.5g Fresh Cannabis Flower
  • 0.5g Cannabis Kief
  • 1 Tbsp. Infused Cannabis Butter
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Fresh Basil
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  1. Take the fresh herbs and tie together with twine.
  2. Use a knife to slice a pocket on the side of the chicken breast. Take the herbs and infused cannabis butter and stuff into the pocket. Butter first with the herbs creating a wall around the butter.
  3. Using a knife, dice up cannabis flower into small flakes. In a mixing bowl, add bread crumbs, kief, cannabis flower, salt and pepper. Mix together.
  4. Break open egg into a bowl. Whisk until the yolk and whites are fully emulsified.
  5. Coat the breast with the egg and then roll in cannabis bread crumbs.
  6. Heat BBQ to medium-high (Oven 420F). Cook chicken breast on each side for 7 minutes or until the breast is fully cooked.
  7. Remove herbs from the breast.
  8. Serve with baked potatoes and an avocado creme sauce.

Nomad Cook says: The dry flower and kief won’t add any thc to the overall dosage. It is only used for flavouring and cannot create a psychoactive effect if eaten.
