An elevated take on a comforting classic, this chicken recipe is sure to remind you of momâs cooking (except for maybe one part).
Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 1â4 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 0.5g Fresh Cannabis Flower
- 0.5g Cannabis Kief
- 1 Tbsp. Infused Cannabis Butter
- Salt & Pepper
- Fresh Cilantro
- Fresh Basil
- Fresh Rosemary
- 1 Egg

Instructions
- Take the fresh herbs and tie together with twine.
- Use a knife to slice a pocket on the side of the chicken breast. Take the herbs and infused cannabis butter and stuff into the pocket. Butter first with the herbs creating a wall around the butter.
- Using a knife, dice up cannabis flower into small flakes. In a mixing bowl, add bread crumbs, kief, cannabis flower, salt and pepper. Mix together.
- Break open egg into a bowl. Whisk until the yolk and whites are fully emulsified.
- Coat the breast with the egg and then roll in cannabis bread crumbs.
- Heat BBQ to medium-high (Oven 420F). Cook chicken breast on each side for 7 minutes or until the breast is fully cooked.
- Remove herbs from the breast.
- Serve with baked potatoes and an avocado creme sauce.
